I'm bumping this because I think the information in the last paragraph of the original post is still applicable to today. I also think the additional information that LAblondeGPhi put in for UCLA is very good and pertains to many of the recruitments I'm familiar with on the west coast. I think #4 is described in a way every one can understand and is spot on without giving away private MS information.
