Monday Sept. 24th : Greek Life Fair Day
The first day of recruitment kicks of with registration and check-in in the morning, followed by orientation. After a quick meeting with the Pi Rho Chi's the potential new members will head out with their Pi Rho Chi's to the sorority houses for quick 15 minute rounds to talk and get to know all 8 chapters!

Tuesday September 25th : Open House Day
The second day of recruitment potential new members will potentially go to 6 houses and have 50 minutes to get to know the women in each chapter. On this day the Potenial New members will get tours of the chapter houses and a look into what life could be like in a sorority chapter.

Wednesday September 26th
On Wednesday there will be no recruitment rounds the Potential new members can take this day as a chance to get settled and ready for the first day of school. They can go find all their classes, buy their books, or just get some rest after the past two days of recruitment!

Thursday September 27th : Philanthropy Day
These events will take place in the evening, after classes. The Potential new members will attend 4 chapter parties at most, which are each 40 minutes long. Potential new members will get a chance to find out what philanthropies each chapter has and what foundation/cause thier fundraising goes towards. Every chapter has a cause that is close to thier hearts, which makes this night so special.

Friday September 28th
There will be no recruitment events on this day. Go enjoy the end of your first week of school!

Saturday September 29th : Preference Evening
This is the most important night of recruitment. Each Potential New member has a last chance to talk to their last two chapters. These events last 75 minutes and included a ceremony that is unique for each chapter. The evening is very formal, classy and extremely exciting!

Sunday September 30th: BID DAY!!!!
Potential New Members will meet up with their Pi Rho Chi's in the morning and will receive their bid to a sorority chapter! When they accept a bid they will then go with their entire bid class over to the chapter house to be welcomed by their chapter and start all the fun activities their chapters have planned for them!

Recruitment Orientation

**Friday, September 28th - 4:00pm

Round One: Informational

Event length: 30 minutes each

On this day you will visit all eight sororities.

**Saturday, September 29th - 9:00am

Round Two: Philanthropy

Event length: 30 minutes each

In this round you will visit up to six sororities. This round will take place in Kirkhof Center and will be your opportunity to find out more about each chapter’s national and local philanthropy.

**Saturday, September 29th - 5:00pm

Round Three: House Tours

Event length: 1 hour each

In this round you will visit up to four sororities. This round will take place at each chapter house and will be your opportunity to look at the place where our women call home. This is a great chance to find out more about the obligations and requirements for each individual chapter. Transportation will be provided.


**Sunday, September 30th - 11:00am

Round Four: Preference

Event length: 1 hour and 30 minutes each

On this day you will visit up to two sororities. This round will take place in Kirkhof Center or individual chapter houses. . . Transportation will be provided.

Recruitment: Tuesday, September 4th- Friday, September 7th.

Sept 4th and 5th - Open House Rounds
Sept. 6th- Philanthropy Night
Sept 7th- Preference Night
Sept 8th- Bid Day

This has changed from when I was an active. PNMs used to visit all 4 houses in one day and then a sisterhood round was after philanthropy, but before pref (iirc).
