What we have done in the past during our recruitment practice are to do conversations where the older girls are the PNM and they are the girls that you would never want to have to talk to during recruitment. Like they would not say anything or only talk about boys, booze and bed. it is really interesting to watch and at the same time helps the younger girls with their conversation skills. Or you can have girls talk with each other and find out information about them that you would want to know about PNM during recruitment. Match up girls who do not usually hang out together(like older pledge classes with younger ones). it will be interesting what you could find out about your sisters that you never would have guessed. We have a problem getting people motivated at first as well, i think it is just a problem everyone has, but if you make it more fun and interesting everyone will pay more attention.
