Since I'm guessing she didn't actually win, someone else's lawyer could be doing that. They better move fast though, in Maryland they only have until the end of September to claim. In Kansas the winner has two years and the Illinois winner has one. Also in Illinois the winner cannot be anonymous, but with a $100M windfall I wouldn't have hesitated to pay a lawyer a few million or even $10M to claim it for me, to remain anonymous.
