I'm not NPHC, but I'm going to bite, just a little.

In general, the UIC greek life pages are not terribly well-maintained. For example, there is currently a 2009 Meet the Greeks night listed as an "upcoming event". Therefore, I suggest you start with the D9 websites and look for UIC, rather than starting with the UIC websites and looking for the D9.
