The trick to a successful COB is to make it casual and authentic. The girls who want the formal routine of rush will have done it during formal. The informal gals want to know YOU, so pizza parties or watching a movie, just hanging out are really winners.

Also, and some others might chime in and disagree, but I think 86 gals in a room at a COB event might be a bit overwhelming. I would maybe pick a team of girls to handle each event. If you have 10 rushees at an event, 86 members might make the rushees feel like they're under a microscope. Of course, if you have the rush turnout like we've been hearing at UF, then all girls on deck!
