Since Alaska is part of the continental US, I'm gonna say Alaska. If you meant for us to consider only the contiguous US, then I'm going with
Michigan.

Minnesota has a longer shoreline then California, Florida, and Hawaii combined. Minnesota has over 90,000 miles of shoreline due to the mass amount of lakes and river in addition to the great lakes.
