I know you can order them, but I'm not sure through whom. When we had our graduation ceremony for our founders in '09 (chartered in '05), we ordered them all the pyramid you described.

I'll check with my chapter's Rho and see if they're aware of where to order them, but I think it is through IHQ (where I got mine when we did a visit back in '07 or '08 when we did an Inner Circle visit.
