It is a darn shame and that is why people need to do their best to stop putting their lives in the hands of others. Remain conscious as much as possible, both in the literal and figurative sense. I do not want every "pill popper" to randomly stop taking their prescription drugs--although that is what people often do when they can't afford the drugs--but I just want people to think critically about what they are putting in their bodies. Leave the pills for when you absolutely need to take medicine. Don't be so afraid of your body that you torture it when there is even the slightest feeling.
