Just because you aren't being actively rushed doesn't mean you have a chance. Make yourself known, and rush. Passive rush can do a whole lot.
ie. Active is when they contact you, passive is when you go out of your way and they meet you that way. If you have good grades and are into the same type of things the fraternity is into , go for the passive route and you have a chance.
