Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry this turned so dramatic!
Anyhow, thank you to all of the people who provided legitimate ideas! We already do letter days, but a badge/pin day every (other?) week sounds like a lot of fun and a great idea! I agree that a lot of the "dead weight" should be dealt with immediately at this point, because I'm afraid we'll get to the point where our chapter is at a do-or-die moment and will be shut down (i don't think that's the correct terminology, but I'm not really sure?). To those of you who have helped with ideas - thank you so much!
