Thank You, Zeta!

The local chapter has been heavily involved in helping to defeat breast cancer, not just this month but all year! The school is close to our new cancer center and every time you turn around, they're helping, be it hands-on or raising money. I've never seen any sorority chapter so involved with a philanthropy!

Thanks from Pittsburgh, too! It's amazing how visible Zeta always is on the clips on breast cancer - keep it up!

Thanks Carnation! Being at the Race for the Cure yesterday reminded me how proud I am to be a Zeta. Out of the 4000 people that showed up yesterday, over 200 were Zetas. The girls were so excited about pampering the ladies in the Survivor tent. Each of the chapters do a wonderful job at bringing awareness to breast cancer. In fact the Indiana University at Bloomington Zetas raised over $191,000 at their Big Man on Campus fundraiser.

People around town are really taking notice of the ZTA/breast cancer awareness connection! If I'm not mistaken, the chapter here also has the highest GPA of all Zeta chapters, so with both of those plus all their campus activities, they are very impressive.

Awesome! I met a couple of Shorter College Zetas at State Day in Macon back in 2009. They were some of the nicest and sweetest girls.

Don't forget to look me up next time you are down visiting your daughter.
