Is this the only office you held in your sorority? It means you got the t-shirts for formals and stuff like that, right? Part of me thinks you could retitle it something like "Assistant Special Events Chair", but the problem is that if someone asked you what you did as ASE Chair, you'd say "I ordered the t-shirts" and you'd sound like an idiot. So, I'd leave it off.
