I totally agree with your comments! Most people just stick with the members of their local chapters and they never branch out to meet other members of their organizations. Then when they experience a disagreement or have a problem with those select members they believe that all members act the same way. The moral of the story is to meet, greet, and hangout with out members of your organizations from different areas and chapters so that you can get a clearer understanding about the attitudes and workings of that organization.
