Agreed... As a native West Coaster living in DC, my first instinct WAS to drop and cover and it kind of felt wrong running out of the building with everyone else. I wouldn't have done that in California, but here I just feel like it's a different ballgame because these buildings aren't built to withstand essentially anything.
