I caught a few minutes of the show this morning. Al Roker HAS lost a lot of weight and Matt Lauer's new hairdo, . I do not like it. I do not know if it was just me, or if it was the cut, but it looks like he has a lot of grey hair. (I had just woken up, so it could have been me)
