Thank you everyone! Its so awesome to see how excited everyone is for me!!!! I have done my best to keep an open mind and give each sorority a fair shot, and I have pretty much been an open book on this website. Its been amazing to see that sisterhood goes beyond each individual college, which makes me even MORE excited for tonight. I am counting down the hours!!!
Something disappointing I thought I should point out that they have recently changed, is that we are no longer allowed to run to our houses from a nearby field (norman if you are familiar with the school) We are meeting at the o'connell center, and being bused to our houses =[ But, knowing me, I will be the girl running of the bus, full speed into my new sisters arms, bawling my eyes out. I honestly just cant believe this is real. I cant believe that one of the amazing sisterhoods I visited last night is inviting me to be a part of their chapter. I feel SO blessed, I cant even put it into words. I just hope that I can return the love that they have made me feel the past couple days, and that I know I will feel for the rest of my life. This is all so surreal and I can't believe this is happening to me...
PS: I am sorry for my crazy emotional rant, but I honestly just thought y'all should know how much this really means to me, and that to me its not just letters, or a house filled with a bunch of girls. Its a home and a family and a place to feel like I belong.

OMG this. I've been watching bid day videos of girls who feel just like this and years after accepting my bid I still get teary eyed.
If you think this feeling is amazing now...wait till next year when you're on the other side giving hugs to the new girls!

LOL... so true! I managed to cry at TCU's bid day this year (21 years after my own bid) because this one adorable new member came running up to me (I was holding a door open) and was gushing "Is this real? Is this really real? Oh my gosh, this is real, this is really happening!"
Yeah, I got misty. I love bid day!
