Have you ever played a sport outside with no shoes?
Every time me and my freinds play football or baseball someone always takes off their shoes. Then their socks then some one else does. I hardly do, I judt don't see how it makes you faster. I have done it in the summer, it felt good to run around in the grass in bare feet on a hot day. But I don't see the speed thing, what if you step on a rock. Have you ever done this? What do you usually do barefoot, socks, or shoes?
But what's funny though is that I used to play indoor soccer with no shoes or socks on until I broke the three smallest toes and jammed the big toe on my right foot.
I have nothing to share about outdoor sports and bare feet.
