My guess is if a story's not worth adding to it's not worth telling, but that's not outright lying. You know, she got a compliment on her hair becomes the rusher was playing with her hair, which is nothing but Cuhreepy. The house was old, maybe a little worn around the edges becomes the house was not clean. I'm assuming it's that sort of thing.
