No, I don't...I just know how it works because I work with a collegiate chapter where they use RFM. Am sure it's probably on the NPC web site.
And Violet, that's what I was saying - the bid card, "pref card",
MRABA...all the same thing - the card they list their preferences in order on after the last pref party. Whatever you want to call that.
Before RFM, quota was set earlier and so there was pretty much a guarantee that some group would not make quota as women dropped out before bid day. RFM equalizes that.
