They can, but they must be in by... 11 I think? Tuscaloosa passed a city ordinance that enacted a curfew for minors, which is one of the reasons that the rest of these rules came about through Panhellenic.

how are the sororities supposed to handle an alum dropping by the house with her hs daughter before/after the football game?
