When you're in "Create a Set", "Frames & Borders" is one of the choices under "Embellishments" in "All Items" - you just pick one & size it however you need it.

lol PA, guess not. Use the preview post button.  I'll add.... when I'm on Polyvore, I click "my sets" then I right click on the set I want to post on here, then I highlight/select "view image info." Then I copy the image link, then post it here as a regular photo.
