Click on the "User CP" link in the banner.

Click on the "Edit Signature" on the left hand side under the "Settings & Options" Heading.

Type what you want. If you change color/font, the HTML formatting will be inserted. Click "Preview Signature" to see what it will look like without the formatting.

Viola!
