I might suggest getting on the Chapters websites and looking at pictures from recruitment. That might give you a clue to what the Chapters are wearing. When I think of a sun dress I think of a dress that is made out of cotton and casual in style. When I think of a church dress I think of a dress made out of other more expensive type fabrics (although I wear cotton to church) My thoughts on strapless are this. If the girls are tiny on top and can be fully covered with no glaring cleavage go for it, but have a cardigan handy if you get there and every one is buttoned up.
