I wear mostly Gap and The Limited- but I also worked for The Limited for two summers, so I know all the clothing inside and out. And I adore Gap's jeans but little else.
I browse ModCloth almost daily, but I never decide to actually order anything- signs I have a problem, I know.

For jeans, I only wear American Eagle or Guess (if I find it cheaper at TJ Maxx or Marshalls), because they are the only brands that fit me perfectly :/
Otherwise I wear Forever 21. I'm cheap

I'm a big fan of cheap casual clothing so I'm a total J.Crew junkie. I also really liked Martin & Osa but they went out of business about two years ago.

I like this new brand called Luxley & Bernard. Their clothes are great quality and are well prices.

God, I'm gonna sound high-maintenance. But MiuMiu shoes are definitely the best and are super comfortable. Prada, though technically made by the same house as MiuMiu, has quite cheaply-made products. Gucci shoes tend to hold up well, though you have to re-heel the high heels often. Marc Jacobs has the best for purses. For clothes, I can't beat a David Meister dress (even for work) and Zara for pants, as they come in about a 34" inseam (I'm really tall).

I have switched to lucky jeans since all the other jeans never seem to last more than 1 year.

I'd say 70% of my weardrobe is Express. Damn them and their coupons...get me every time! The rest is a combination of Forever 21, H&M, Gap and Macy's (not a designer, I know, whatever).

I actually find a lot of things at Target. Especially when they have the special "guest designers" bring in a collection you can find clothing that is well made and is seriously cute. I got the dress I bought for Easter last year there and when I went to get it altered the tailor had a fit over it because he didn't believe it came from Target. I took that as a good sign.
But for "real" clothes I like Modcloth. It's just difficult to buy from there because the quality is so hit or miss. I'm a snob when it comes to how the piece is made, what material was used, and whether or not it looks "expensive". I won't buy things that look cheap even though 90% of the time they are. So I have to read all of the product details very closely before I buy. Of course when I start student teaching I'll have to re-evaluate and start buying more practical, teacherly outfits...but Modcloth is my fave until then.

If I weren't working with a such a tight budget I'd buy just about everything from Free People and Anthropologie.

A lot of my work wardrobe comes from Express - especially the dress pants. I can buy dresses, skirts, and shirts almost anywhere - but most of my tops are from Urban Outfitters, Kensie, and H&M. I love Target for their boyfriend v-neck tshirts!
I love Citizens of Humanity for jeans. I still own quite a few pairs of Seven for All Mankind that I do not fit into anymore and it breaks my heart! Express is good for skinny jeans, as well.

I also tend to lean towards Nine West for shoes - both heels and flats.

 | The new Target Calypso collection was so cute, but by the time I went (like a week after it debuted), everything was GONE.

For jeans, I only wear American Eagle. They're the only ones that hold up well and fit me.

Everything else.....a lot of NY & Co. for school/hospital, and a lot of Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph Lauren the rest of the time.

Oh yeah, I'm also addicted to Sperry, North Face, Columbia, and Sanuk flip flops.

Real life: Gap for jeans and basics, target for basics, H&M, Forever 21, Francesca's, Anthropologie (sale rack!)
