You don't get a free pass for being depressed. If you ever make it out of college and get a job, you won't be excused from work because you have a bad acne flair up or your friends aren't talking to you.
If you are depressed, truly (which does not mean avoiding class because you don't like the way you look), then you go to a doctor just like you would if you had diabetes, for instance. And if you don't help yourself you certainly have no right to expect sympathy or help from others.

Your posts indicate that your behavior is unlikely to change. For instance, your insistence that you will continue to let your social life and other trivial matters effect your grades is an indicator that a sorority is not for you.

In that case why are you behaving like such an assclown, then complaining about the reactions you get? Like I said before, you are either amusing yourself by making up various lies in an attempt to have social contact with strangers on the internet (which is not normal) or you are truly immature to an unusual degree (which is not normal). Either way I highly suggest someone that can help you learn how to interact socially in the real world as well as help you realize how to begin to behave like an adult.

It would be a SUPER good idea to be done with this whole make-up-stories-on-the-internet-for-attention thing, IMO.
Just sayin'.

I thought that Theta Tau Omega at Bloom was disbanded by the school. I have two friends that are alums.
Chi Upsilon Sigma is a National Latina sorority

They're still on the school's website and they got some sort of award last fall. Groups there (local and national) get suspended/disbanded/reformed about as often as I change my underwear. None of it really means anything because they just keep rushing underground.

My money is on Bloomsberg.
(You need a 2.5 to go through recruitment @ Bloom. Millersville is 2.3 but states that the chapters have individual GPA requirements. East Strauds doesn't mention that one is necessary).
(I know we have this whole issue about outing PNMs on GC, blast me all you want, but the rules don't apply to this one....)

I'm confused by the 2.5 requirement, though. If it is a local organization and there is no national/ international headquarters to answer to, why does it matter what your GPA is to go through recruitment for a local? You'll all have to excuse me for not knowing this but, I never looked at going through local sorority recruitment and my sophmore year, locals were no longer allowed at Penn State. Am I missing something about this?

I have no idea. We didn't have locals either. I think Millersville explains it pretty well:
Although the Panhellenic Council does not require a specific GPA to participate in Recruitment, the individual chapters establish their own requirements. The chapters strongly adhere to these grade requirements, and the University requires that all potential new members have at least a 2.3 GPA to join a sorority.

The locals at Bloomsburg rush with the nationals and there's basically no difference between the two. They are all on Panhellenic. The 2.5 requirement is from the school.

Up thread she said she knew ASTs when she was arguing with ASTalum06. Doesn't help any, though.
