Go sign up for the 9 credits this summer. Just do it. If the computer won't let you, go in and get an approval. Figure out a way to get it done and do well in the classes. If this is what you want then do it.

I'm not going to give you a script. Think about it. If you want it badly enough figure it out. Present yourself maturely and collected. I would opt not to mention the sorority and focus more on the fact that you want your GPA to be higher. Understand why the limit is at 7 and why you think you will be able to excel with 9.
