I remember reading that the first and only Jewish Miss America, Bess Meyerson is a Phi Sigma Sigma. Sometimes the individual chapter websites list famous members.

Sorry to crash, ladies. I just wanted to say that it was mentioned on here that there was a Famous Phi Sig who created the CBS show "Guiding Light". I thought that was interesting because a Phi Mu was a head writer for "Guiding Light"...Wonder if they knew each other in school or later talked to each other realizing they were both Greek.

one of the alums from my chapter (Theta Zeta Keene State College) was on MTV's True Life, i think one of the "im getting married" episodes, Sarah Frechette. hope that helps
