Very disappointed with this season. Tamra has become more obnoxious and more like trailor trash. Vicki has become louder and more shallow. Gretchen has too many "lines" going and I can't keep track of what she is hawking from day-to-day. Peggy is a manipulative witch. Jesus Barbie has no back-bone. The only significant other that I can stand is Donn, and he is leaving!

Tamra is such a trailer trash redneck idiot. I can't stand her! Watching her last night just reinforced my belief that she is a classless trashy idiot. Ugh!

I felt bad for Vicki. I can't stand her but watching her go through this on TV was heartbreaking.

I think that Peggy tries to start drama with Alexis to get more camera time. I don't care for how Alexis views Jim as her lord and master but to each his own. If their marriage works for them, I don't think Peggy has any right to be a bitch & talk bad about Jim or their marriage.

Honestly, I think quite a few of the woman are "I used to live in the midwest and be totally podunk and now I'm overcompensating by trying to be uber-OC" types.

Ex: Pretty sure Gretchen is from MI.

Jeff was from Michigan and I believe his kids are here with their mother? It's a pretty ritzy part of town and the houses would pretty expensive. Not as elaborate as the west coast but comparable.

That's not what I mean.

I mean it more like in an "I'm a transplant and therefore I try too hard to fit into what I think an OC-er is supposed to be and look like" kind of way.

I know a lot of people who move out west and try too hard or move to NYC and try too hard to fit in and be "New York-y" (or at least what they think is New Yorky.)

Not meaning "Michigan is janky." Just that midwestern culture and OC culture are just different.
