Don't tell anyone (including best friends and family) who your first choice is. Keep that to yourself and your good old fashioned paper diary.

Do research into each group - lots and lots of research!

LOL. The OP is asking about NPHC. NPHC aspirants don't have to keep their first choice (or only choice, in many instances) completely to themselves.

Yes I will I've just been doing alot of research and I've cone across a lot of information and advice on Google and most is not true just would like sum good advice. I am sorry if I offended you or anything that was not my intention
