Either wife doesn't respect you, or she believes you're a dishonorable turd. If she understands you've taken these oaths, and has taken the same sort herself, and still pursued this information, it would appear that she doesn't respect you, or she's just highly immature.
In either event, you lack honor. You do not respect oaths you've taken. I have little use for you.
