I wanted to find a pic of a sheetcake that says "Come back" but Google has failed me!

I just looked myself and and didn't find anything either but I did find this gem-

At first glance, I thought SURELY that is a staged cake--someone did it just to take a picture and post it on the internet. Then I had a flash back to a few of my former patients...
