A group of us went to the Alpha Gamma Delta presentation last night and we are so excited about this possibility to bring Omicron back. Do you know if DZ or Zeta still have their houses at UCB? It has been over 40 years, so my guess is no.

Neither own their former houses.

The former Delta Zeta house was designed and built for Delta Zeta by Julia Morgan (1924). It is now owned by the Presbyterian Westminster House

The former Zeta Tau Alpha House was also built by Julia Morgan (1911) but for C.W. Merrill. Zeta Tau Alpha purchased it in 1939 and then sold it to the Berkeley Student Cooperative in 1971 after the chapter closed.
