My mistake on that one then. It's been several years since I've been on that campus to see how the Greek community is doing. At the time TKE had a strong chapter there, but now that you mention it I do recall hearing it's declined some in recent years.

Here's the thing about Illinois...the system is so big that even a middle tier chapter can be damn strong and still be middle tier. I've been gone almost a decade, so I don't know specifics about TKE, but you could have 80 guys and a good chapter house and a bunch of guys on student government and a 3.2 GPA, and be dwarfed by the houses with 150 guys.
