Love your story! I'm going with Aurora, she's always been one of my favorite princesses  This is the first story where I was able to figure out the school, and all four are great groups :-)

Ditto. Seems like we've had a spate of post-recruitment stories in recent months that (a) got drawn out forever or (b) never got finished.

Seriously. This one has been going on for over a week now and she'd already received a bid by the time she started the thread. There's no point in dragging it out. All it does is make people forget about you and the details in your story and not really care anymore.

Jeez - as all of you know pledging's really busy and I do not have time to come on everyday!
So at the end of Pref, I finally decided to rank Belle first, and Aurora second. I was so nervous about receiving a bid to either, and would have been just as happy to receive a bid to Aurora] as I would have been with Belle.
The next day, I didn't receive a phone call Our sorority's portal had a message saying that if we hadn't received a call, we had received a bid!! So finally, I had received a bid from.....
Belle!!!!!
making me a new member of Sigma Delta Tau 
So happy!

I'm sure you didn't mean for this to come off as rude (or at least I hope you didn't), but it did. The way you said it was uncalled for. Pledging and recruitment are very busy, as you well know, and maybe she hadn't received her bid yet at the time she posted asking for predictions. Or maybe she was aiming for suspense, because again, as you well know, suspense makes things more exciting when you find them out.
Congratulations on getting SDT!! I'm sure you will have an AMAZING experience!

I beg to differ. I do not think the remarks were rude at all, but rather, truthful. Please, if you will, go to the start and read the original post by the OP. She started her thread well after she'd finished recruitment. There was no need (other than ego) to drag out the story or ask for guesses.

Dear sweet newbie, it would be prudent to actually read the thread and understand its time line before you begin your lecture. You might find it helpful to use this example of advanced reading comprehension skills from a more experienced GC member:
