My current bedroom is kind of navy and pink. The bedspread and curtains (matching) are mostly navy with a pink floral (subtle) design. My roman shade is a mauvy/pinky color. That's all that is really navy/pink in the room but I think that's enough. The room has a lighter blue carpet. The walls are tan now. I'm moving to more of a maroon/gold color scheme. I'm thinking something like this, but less busy.

I eventually want to put hardwood in my room too, but have to wait until the dog is no longer with us.
