Treasure hunt.
My secret sister actually did this for me, but you could use it for big/little gifts as well. If the littles go to the sorority house to pick up their gifts, do it in the house...if not, ask for her roommate's help.
Basically what my sister did was put little signs around the different rooms in the house that had a short rhyme and "Clue 1: Laundry Room" and I went to the kitchen to find the next sign. These little signs directed me all around the house until I eventually found my gift - it was in the kitchen and the different cupboards/areas had cold, hot, warm etc depending how close I was getting. It was REALLY cute and I appreciated that she took so much time to do it!!
You can also put little clues as to who you are in with the signs. Like, if your grandbig lives in the house, direct your little to that room, and say "you're close to our family!"
