$300 in the Spring Semester

I don't know anyone else's Chapter that has this kind of disparity between dues, but in my Chapter we did it because insurance is due in the Fall and not in the Spring.

Our dues are more expensive in the fall as well (as in $100 difference). That is because our national dues (including our insurance) is included in those, although I know that we're working on some solutions as to how to change collegiate billing soon. In fact, I'm attending a webinar about it.

What I would not have given for $500 dues. Ours ran about $1700/ semester out of the house. This price included a meal plan, socials, and parlor fees as well as all national dues. T shirts, pictures, and other things were extra.

my regular dues, social dues, cost of living in the house, cost of buying clothes for socials, baked goods for sales, ect. I'm paying about 1,000 a semester or more. Yikes
