Okay, I tried this for the very first time yesterday (because I just went through grieving the death of my uncle), and I could barely get through 20 minutes of the thing. I think I stopped after a good 15 minutes.
But then, when I got up this morning, I could see my neck and throat looked a little more toned. After only one workout??? And after only 15 minutes, too???? There's something said for that Jillian Michaels. (But I quickly wrapped the DVD back into the Netflix thingy to send back ... I'm stickin' with my Taebo.
