You know you're a sorority girl when you tell your friends that you think not having heard from your top-choice grad school yet means you're not "on their first bid list". Ha!

Your daughter starts getting all the propaganda from colleges all over the country during her junior year of high school and your first thought as you see each one is "We have a chapter there" or "We don't have a chapter there".

I think that now about colleges as I apply for jobs. I'm sure I'll be that way too if I ever have a daughter
