University of Southern Mississippi freshman Stuart Ramsey was assaulted on campus during the late-night hours of Dec. 4.The 19-year-old suffered a concussion and a broken hand, along with other injuries,in the beating that took place in a parking lot adjacent to the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house.....
