Not to mention that it kind of puts the chapter over the barrel as far as publicly acknowledging that you're under total, thus opening the door for Wendy Whackjob to say "I know you need people, so why aren't you bidding MEEEEEE??"
Chalking, flyering, open FB groups - these are not good ways to attract quality women to COB events. Make them feel chosen and special from the jump with a private invite.
