During last night's episode, Dr. Drew mentioned a similar statistic that was much higher--something like 60% of teen moms will become pregnant again within two years?

The woman that used to watch my children was 23 and on baby #3. She asked to have her tubes tied, but the OB told her that she had to be 24 to get her tubes tied (practice policy). She's now 24 and on baby #4. She's getting her tubes tied this time.
