Yep, it's definitely good to give people a break in the summer. Plus, I don't know the demographics of your school, but I don't think many girls in my chapter would travel to get to the city for training in the summer if they're away at a cottage (or further, if they live in another province). The summer does give you time to refresh, but I would plant those seeds before the summer, so that it's not a whole ton of information/training at once. Your recruitment sounds like it's going to be well planned!!!!
