Well, its official. As much as I like wine I'm allergic to reds except malbec for some reason it doesn't give me a headache. One ounce is all my body can handle before I get a migrane and break out..
Are you sure it's not just an allergy to sulfites or tannins? Try a red that is lower in sulfites and/or tannins and you might solve the problem. Lots of people have that allergy.
