Im glad you got things fixed! I was about to ask you why you wouldnt consider moving to somewhere that had a more respectable managment teams (and maybe a little newer if everyting is always wrong). Rather than spend money and time and hassle of hiring legal assistance....you could get out and head to your local better business bureau.
