Any new chapter that extends would not get a house.
So we're hoping the survey is a good indication of a potential chapter's success.
Ok please forgive me if this is a dumb question...but at a school using Bed Quota, how will quota be determined for the group that is unhoused if they have no beds to fill? Sorry I know I'm probably overlooking something I just don't see how that will work.
