I thought it might have had something to do with smoking pot out of bread, and then eating the bread.
Interestingly enough, I know someone who has managed to do that. I'm not entirely sure how, but I watched it happen before I realized what was going on. At an outdoor concert, in the rain. I give them props for resourcefulness.
