Bobby had already been to UA and was at Howard when they married. I just wondered about the sorority membership since I had always heard they ran off to Georgia to get married when she was 16. Live and learn.

That's all fine and well but, she is not an alumna initiate. You seem to know an awful lot about the Bowden family so, I'm shocked that you don't appear to know the answer to your own question. Why do you know so much about them?

What has that got to do with it? Many married people back then were college initiates. It went out of favor but some have lately. We don't have a rule against it.
