Hmmm. I guess it depends on what you mean by "structure." If earthwork mounds count as structures, then I'll go with what is considered to be the oldest -- Watson Brake in northern Louisiana, which are thought to have been constructed around 3500 BCE. These are the best pictures I can find:





If you mean a true building, then I'm going to stay in Santa Fe and say the San Miguel Mission:
